Electric Hot Air Generator
The ELECTROAIR is a cutting-edge industrial heating solution engineered for high-precision air heating. Designed to replace traditional fuel-fired systems, it combines high-performance thermal engineering with intelligent automation to provide a clean, safe, and highly efficient heat source for a variety of industrial processes.
Technical Innovation & Performance
At the heart of the ELECTROAIR system is a high-temperature Finned Tube bundle heater utilizing premium Ni-Cr (Nickel-Chromium) wire. This design ensures rapid heat transfer and uniform air temperature distribution.
To maximize operational flexibility, the system features a Multiple Zone Design. This allows for an improved turndown ratio, enabling the unit to operate efficiently even at partial loads without compromising temperature stability.
Operating Range
- Capacity – 50,000 to 40,00,000 Kcal/hr.
- Fuel- Electric power
- Temperature- up-to 350℃
Key Features & Advantages
- Precision Control: Equipped with a Thyristor-based control panel, the ELECTROAIR provides stepless, ultra-precise temperature management, ensuring your process stays within exact parameters.
- Zero-Emission Operation: As an all-electric solution, it produces zero onsite pollution and requires no chimney, making it the ideal choice for facilities focusing on decarbonization and "Green Energy" initiatives.
- Rapid Maintenance: The "Easy Remove-or-Insert" heater design allows for quick inspection or replacement of heating elements, significantly reducing potential downtime.
- Enhanced Safety & Longevity: * Integrated heaters housed within an outer safety canopy.
*Dedicated cooling exhaust system located near the bank heater area to prevent heat soak. *A specialized Panel AC to maintain optimal operating temperatures for the sensitive electronic control components.
Future-Ready Industrial Heating
Whether for space heating, industrial processing, or large-scale sanitation, the ELECTROAQUA provides a clean, quiet, and highly efficient hot water solution. Its wide range of regulation makes it the ideal choice for industries looking to transition toward electrification and sustainable energy management.
