Advanced Thermal Engineering & Control

- Integrated Economizer: A newly-designed heat recovery system that captures waste heat from flue gases to preheat the feed water. This reduces the fuel required to reach boiling point, directly lowering your utility bills.
- PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) Control: The boiler features an intelligent PID system that manages both combustion and water feeding. This ensures a stable, "step-less" response to load changes, preventing energy spikes and maintaining a steady steam pressure.
Superior Steam Quality
The WILLSTEAM is equipped with a high-performance Steam-Water Separator, resulting in a steam dryness fraction greater than 99%.
Higher steam dryness ensures a greater concentration of latent heat energy. By delivering "dry" steam, the WILLSTEAM significantly improves the production efficiency of heat exchangers and industrial machinery, preventing water carryover and protecting your downstream equipment.
