Vertical Four Pass FBC Thermic Fluid Heater

The VFF Series represents the pinnacle of high-capacity thermal heating, utilizing Fluidized Bed Combustion (FBC) technology. This vertical four-pass system is specifically engineered to provide maximum thermal efficiency by firing a wide range of low-cost, free-flow solid fuels, including agro-waste and pulverized coal.

By combining a four-pass radiant-convective heat transfer design with advanced FBC technology, the VFF Series allows for high process temperatures at remarkably low operating pressures, ensuring both safety and significant fuel cost savings.

Advanced Fluidized Bed Combustion (FBC)

  • On-Site Furnace Construction: The refractory-lined chamber is precision-built on-site to ensure optimal insulation and thermal retention.
