Features

Electric Thermic Fluid Heater

The ELECTROPAC is a high-precision, horizontal package thermic fluid heater designed for industrial processes requiring high temperatures with maximum safety. By utilizing advanced electric heating technology, the ELECTROPAC eliminates the risks associated with fuel-fired heaters, providing a clean, stable, and highly efficient heat transfer solution.

Superior Heating Technology

The ELECTROPAC features high-temperature Ceramic Bobbin Heaters equipped with premium Ni-Cr (Nickel-Chromium) wire.

A key engineering advantage is the Indirect Heating Design: the heating elements have no direct contact with the thermic oil. This prevents localized overheating (hot spots), eliminates oil carbonization, and significantly extends the service life of both the heaters and the thermal fluid.

Operating Range

  • Capacity – 50,000 to 40,00,000 Kcal/hr.
  • Fuel- Electric power
  • Temperature- up-to 350℃

Key Features & Operational Benefits

  • Precision Temperature Management: Integrated with a Thyristor-based Control Panel, the system offers stepless power modulation for ultra-precise temperature control, ensuring process consistency.
  • Optimized Thermal Performance: The unit is designed with an enhanced oil-holding area and a multiple-zone configuration, providing an superior turndown ratio and maximum thermal efficiency.
  • Zero-Emission & Chimney-Free: As a 100% electric system, it produces zero onsite pollution, requires no chimney, and simplifies environmental compliance.
  • Rapid Maintenance: The "Easy Remove-or-Insert" design allows heating elements to be inspected or replaced without draining the entire oil system, minimizing downtime.
  • Integrated Safety Systems: * Outer Safety Canopy: Protects operators and sensitive components.
*Active Cooling: Features a dedicated cooling exhaust near the heater bank and a Specialized Panel AC to protect electronic controls from high ambient heat.

The Future of Industrial Heat Transfer

The ELECTROPAC is the ideal solution for industries such as chemical processing, textiles, and plywood manufacturing that require consistent temperatures up to 350°C. Its user-friendly interface and robust safety features make it a "future-ready" asset for any modern, clean-energy facility.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) about Electric Thermic Fluid Heater

In the ELECTROPAC, the ceramic bobbin heaters do not touch the oil directly. This prevents "film temperature" spikes that cause oil to carbonize or degrade. By maintaining a uniform heat transfer, you save money on frequent oil replacements and keep the system running efficiently.

Yes. One of the biggest advantages of the ELECTROPAC is its "Easy Remove-or-Insert" design. You can pull out a heater bundle for maintenance or replacement while the oil remains in the system, saving you hours of labor and preventing oil waste.

Thermic fluid processes often require very specific temperatures. A Thyristor control panel provides "stepless" power adjustments, meaning the system doesn't just click on and off. It provides the exact amount of electricity needed to hold the temperature steady, which is much more efficient than standard contactor panels.

Since these heaters can reach temperatures up to 350°C, the surrounding environment can get quite hot. We include a specialized Panel AC to keep the sensitive electronic Thyristor controls cool, ensuring they don't overheat or fail prematurely in high-temperature industrial settings.

No. Because there is no combustion of fuels like diesel or gas, there are no exhaust gases. This means you do not need a chimney, which simplifies your factory layout and eliminates the need for environmental air-pollution permits.
