Features

Oil & Gas Fired Hot Water Boiler

The AQUAJET series is a horizontal, three-pass, fully wet-back packaged hot water boiler engineered for maximum thermal efficiency and long-term reliability. Designed for versatile industrial and commercial applications, the AQUAJET offers exceptional fuel flexibility, allowing for the seamless firing of heavy oils, light oils, and various gaseous fuels.

Operating Range

  • Capacity – 0.1 million kcal/hr to 2.0 million kcal/hr
  • Fuel- Heavy oils, light oils and gases
  • Temperature- Up to 90°C without pressure and with pressure up to 160 °C

Superior "Wet Back" Engineering

The AQUAJET features a Fully Wet-Back design, where the rear smoke box is completely surrounded by water. This advanced configuration offers several advantages over traditional "Dry Back" boilers:

  • Maximum Heat Absorption: Eliminates the need for heavy refractory rear walls, allowing the water to absorb heat that would otherwise be lost.
  • Reduced Maintenance: Prevents refractory cracking and heat-related stress on the rear tube sheet, significantly extending the boiler's lifespan.
  • High Thermal Efficiency: The three-pass radiant-convective design ensures that combustion gases travel through the system three times, extracting every possible unit of heat before exiting.

Operational Versatility

Whether you require atmospheric heating or high-pressure water, the AQUAJET is built to adapt:

  • Atmospheric Mode: Ideal for low-process temperatures up to 90°C without the need for system pressure.
  • Pressurized Mode: Can be specially configured as a Pressurized Hot Water Boiler to reach temperatures up to 160°C for demanding industrial processes.
  • Multi-Fuel Capability: Easily switch between LDO, FO, Diesel, Natural Gas, or LPG based on fuel availability and cost-efficiency.

Target Industries

The AQUAJET's robust design and temperature range make it the ideal choice for:

  • Hospitality: Large-scale hot water for hotels, resorts, and laundry facilities.
  • Healthcare: Sterilization and hot water systems for hospitals and clinics.
  • Textiles: Scouring, dyeing, and finishing processes.
  • Food & Beverage: Pasteurization, CIP (Clean-in-Place) systems, and washing.
  • Pharmaceuticals: Process heating and climate control for cleanrooms.
  • Chemical Plants: Jacket heating for reactors and mixing tanks.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) about Oil & Gas Fired Hot Water Boiler

A wet-back design ensures the rear turnaround chamber is water-cooled. This eliminates the need for expensive and fragile refractory linings, prevents heat loss, and reduces the thermal stress on the boiler's metal components, leading to a much longer service life.

Yes. While the standard atmospheric model operates up to 90°C, the AQUAJET can be designed as a pressurized system to safely provide hot water at temperatures up to 160°C.

The AQUAJET is designed for fuel flexibility. By selecting the appropriate burner (Oil, Gas, or Dual-Fuel), you can fire Heavy Oil, Light Oil, or Gases. This allows you to choose the most economical fuel source for your region.

The three-pass design forces combustion gases to travel through the internal tubes three times. This maximizes the contact time between the hot gases and the water, ensuring that the maximum amount of heat is transferred before the gases reach the chimney.

Absolutely. The horizontal layout and accessible front and rear doors make it very easy for technicians to inspect tubes and perform routine cleaning. Furthermore, the wet-back design removes the common maintenance headache of repairing rear-wall refractories.
