  • Fuel- Solid fuels/agro-fuels
  • Temperature - 300℃

Robust Engineering & Site-Built Furnace

The VTM Series features a heavy-duty combustion system tailored for the rigorous demands of solid fuel firing. Our engineering team oversees the complete setup, including:

  • Advanced Combustion System: Includes precision-engineered fuel handling, stoking equipment, and a high-performance air/flue gas system (I.D. and F.D. fans).
  • On-Site Furnace Construction: We provide expert on-site refractory work, including the building of refractory chambers, foundation, and the installation of high-durability grate bars and firing doors.
  • Environmental Compliance: Every unit is integrated with modern pollution control equipment to ensure clean operations and adherence to local emission standards.

Key Advantages

  • Agro-Fuel Compatibility: Significantly lower your fuel bills by utilizing cost-effective agro-waste such as rice husk, wood chips, and briquettes.
  • Three-Pass Efficiency: The vertical design forces combustion gases through three distinct passes, maximizing the heat transferred to the thermal oil.
  • High Heat at Low Pressure: Reach process temperatures up to 300°C while maintaining atmospheric or near-atmospheric pressure, enhancing overall plant safety compared to steam systems.
  • Industrial Durability: Built with high-quality supporting structures and access doors for long-term, 24/7 industrial use.

Industries Served

The VTM Series is a versatile heating solution widely used across these sectors:

  • Textiles: For high-temperature dyeing, printing, and stenter machines.
  • Chemical & Pharma: For reactors, distillation units, and specialized drying processes.
  • Plywood & Laminates: Essential for high-pressure hot presses and drying kilns.
  • Food Processing: Used in large-scale frying, roasting, and edible oil refining.
  • Packaging & Paper: Providing consistent heat for corrugation and coating machines.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) about Solid Fuel Fired Thermic Fluid Heater

The primary advantage is fuel cost. By using solid fuels or agro-waste like wood chips and husks, the cost per Kcal of heat generated is significantly lower than that of diesel or gas, leading to a much faster return on investment.

Yes. While the heater body is factory-made, the refractory-lined combustion chamber and brickwork are constructed on-site by our expert team. This ensures the furnace is perfectly integrated with your plant’s foundation and structure.

Yes. We integrate high-performance pollution control equipment (such as Multi-Cyclone Dust Collectors) to ensure that the flue gas emissions meet environmental regulations, even when firing solid fuels.

A thermic fluid heater can reach 300°C at very low pressure, whereas a steam boiler would require dangerous and expensive pressures (over 85 Kg/cm²) to reach the same temperature. This makes the VTM Series a safer and more practical choice for high-heat processes.

The VTM Series is designed for easy maintenance. We include strategically placed access doors for soot cleaning and ash removal, and our high-quality grate bars are engineered for high thermal resistance and easy replacement if necessary.
